INDICATIONS

  • In a preheated skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of oil.
  • Sear the flank steak for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Turn over the steak and cook for 4 minutes on each side at the same temperature, depending on the thickness of the cut, until it’s nicely grilled on the outside but remains pink inside. The internal temperature should reach 71°C (160°F).
  • Wrap the steak in aluminum foil and let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
