Tenderloins roasting with vegetables and potatoes

INDICATIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  • In an oven-safe skillet, heat a knob of butter or a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
  • Sear the steak for about 2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the cut.
  • Bake uncovered, on the center rack, for 6 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the steak, for a pink center. The internal temperature should reach 71°C (160°F).
  • Remove the steak from the oven and wrap it in aluminum foil. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
