Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook the skewers for 10 to 14 minutes, turning regularly.
Ensure each side is nicely browned and the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled. Cook for 18 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through.
Finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.
Preheat the BBQ to medium heat (325°F / 163°C). Lightly oil the grates. Cook the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
