INDICATIONS

  • Preheat BBQ over medium heat 205 oC (400 oF).
  • Sear the flank steak for about 2 minutes on each side.
  • Turn over the steak and cook for 4 minutes on each side at the same temperature, depending on the thickness of the cut, until it’s nicely grilled on the outside but remains pink inside. The internal temperature should reach 71°C (160°F).
  • Remove the steak from the BBQ and wrap it in aluminum foil. Let it rest for 3 minutes before serving.
