Delicious ROSE Honey & Dijon pork skewers

Ingredients

Pork, canola oil, sugars (sugar, solids glucose, maltodextrin, honey), modified corn starch,  dehydrated vegetables (red and green bell pepper, onion, garlic, chives), salt, sodified vinegar, mustard seeds, spices, dijon mustard powder (dijon mustard (vinegar, mustard, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, spice), maltodextrin, modified corn starch, natural flavor), ground mustard, yeast extract, natural honey flavor.

Contains: Mustard.

Indications

  • Keep refrigerated (≤ 4°C) until ready to cook.
  • Remove vacuum packaging before cooking.
  • Cook until internal temperature reaches ≥ 71°C.

Cooking modes

On the stove

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook the skewers for 10 to 14 minutes, turning regularly.

Ensure each side is nicely browned and the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F).

In the oven

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly oiled. Cook for 18 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through.

Finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes to caramelize.

On the BBQ

Preheat the BBQ to medium heat (325°F / 163°C). Lightly oil the grates. Cook the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently.
